All transactions made through KALAMCHI are secured through RazorPay, a trusted payment gateway. All personal debit and credit card information are handled through secured connections. All personal contact information provided to us while making payments through RazorPay will not be shared, sold or solicited. We do not have access to customers’ credit card or financial data, only RazorPay handles that.

Taxes

As a customer, you are responsible for any duties, custom fees, or taxes other than income tax associated with the sale of books, including any related penalties/interests. If KALAMCHI is obliged to collect or pay taxes, the taxes will be charged to you. You must comply with all applicable tax laws in your country while purchasing books from KALAMCHI.

Offers and discounts

KALAMCHI may periodically announce offers and discounts. In such cases offers will be valid from a defined start date until 23:59 hours of a defined end date. The books which will be marked for the offer can be purchased at the discounted price during the offer period. KALAMCHI reserves the right to extend/modify/terminate the offers as and when necessary.

If you violate any of these terms, your access to KALAMCHI can be terminated and you may lose the access to our purchased contents without any refund to you. Any attempt to, or assist/encourage/authorize others to circumvent/bypass/disable any security feature that protects/restricts access to the contents on KALAMCHI is also strictly prohibited and will lead to the same consequence.
